Process : make the part tight until degrees 68 and conform to Fire & smoke norm NF F 16101.
Application : realized to make motors, column switches, pumps etc... tight.
Know-how : control the realization of molds for a serial manufacturing.
Means : 2 air-conditioned rooms equipped with smoke extractor dedicated to resin, 4 persons formed to this specific process.
Mechanical assembly
Process : assembly various industrial motor components (motor, gear, collector, carter, screwing) mechanical parts assembly (gear, bracket, shaft, mechanical interface)
Means : mounting table, multiple tools, turning machine
Realization of electrical wiring
Process : realization of electrical wiring following the customers requirements and specifications
Applications : railway, slot machines, etc...
